NILS authorization in China
Under a signed NILS S.p.A. authorization letter dated 25 June 2026, Beijing Guangyuan Tongchuang Trading Co., Ltd. is an authorized representative and reseller of NILS S.p.A. for the People's Republic of China (PRC).
The authorization covers promotion, introduction, offering and sale of the complete range of NILS high-performance lubricants and related products throughout the PRC, together with commercial, technical and application support. It remains valid until revoked or replaced by written communication from NILS S.p.A.
The signed and stamped original is retained privately and is not available for public download. The authorization confirms PRC territory but does not, by itself, establish exclusivity.
